NOTE: IF YOU PURCHASE TICKETS ON THE INTERNET OR OVER THE PHONE...YOUR TICKETS WILL BE LEFT AT WILL CALL IF THE PURCHASE IS 10-DAYS OR LESS UNTIL YOUR SELECTED GAME. TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT UNLESS YOUR DESIRED GAME IS 11 OR MORE DAYS OUT FROM YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE.

The speed of your internet connection will also have an effect on the efficiency of your transaction. It is recommended that you use broadband or faster.

Handling Charges and Fees

  • United States Postal Service (USPS) handling charge for Phone, Fax or Internet Orders: $5.00
  • United Parcel Service (UPS) handling charge for Phone, Fax or Internet Orders: $8.00
  • All online ticket orders are subject to a $1.00 per Ticket charge, plus a 7.5% Internet Processing Fee.
  • To avoid internet ticket charges and internet processing fees you may purchase tickets over the phone or in person at LeLacheur Park.

Don't ever give up!! There will always be ways to get Tickets to sold out Spinners games. Here are some suggestions:

  1. Standing Room Tickets are available ahead of time and our ushers will do their best to help you find a seat!
  2. Player Pass List Tickets become available roughly one hour prior to game time and are sold at the box office.
  3. Press/Media Tickets become available roughly 1/2 hour prior to game time and are sold at the box office.
  4. Scout Tickets become available roughly one hour prior to game time and are sold at the box office.
  5. Handicapped Tickets not purchased, become available for general sale at the box office after the first pitch of the ball game is thrown.
  6. The TICKET POSTING PAGE is a great way to network with other fans to try to obtain or unload tickets.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS POLICY

  • Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
  • Patrons 4 years of age or older are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to Spinners games. Children 3 years of age and under are admitted free.
  • For a complete description of the Spinners Rain Policy, please see our Ticket Policy page.
  • The Spinners are not responsible for tickets that are shared, or resold, after the initial transaction takes place at the Spinners ticket office or online through lowellspinners.com or it's ticket sales partners.
  • The Lowell Spinners management reserves the right to revoke a ticket at any time.
  • All tickets purchased within 10 days of the game will be left at the "Pat's Ticket Center Will Call" window. To pick up your tickets at the window please have a valid picture I.D. with you.
  • New York-Penn League rules prohibit food and drinks from being brought into the park.
