Yankees Elimination Project Participating Communities and Divisions

The Lowell Spinners Yankee Elimination Promotion is one of the many ways the Spinners give back to the local community. Please find below a list of all the youth baseball and softball leagues that have agreed to eliminate the Yankees team and change to the Spinners team name.
 
As a result of the Yankee Elimination Promotion, the Spinners and Good Sports have teamed up to give $20,000 in Equipment Grants to local leagues in need. In 2006, the Acre Youth organization received a $10,000 Equipment Grant and in 2007 the Lawrence Central Little League was the the recipient of the $10,000 Equipment Grant. Currently the Spinners and Good Sports are accepting applications for a 2008 recipient of the $10,000 Equipment Grant.
